Exchange Policy

We understand that things don’t always fit perfectly the first time.

At Kalina Wear we offer exchanges on unworn items within 7 days of receipt for UK customers and 14 days for international customers.

For exchanges on our RESORTWEAR, please email exchanges@kalinawear.com to start the process.

You will have to cover the cost of returning your item to us. Please use a reliable, tracked courier service to send your item back.

Once the item has been received by us, your replacement product will be shipped to your chosen address free of charge.

If your desired product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Please NOTE that we have the right to refuse any items that are returned in a non-saleable condition.

Item(s) that are used, washed, or damaged will be sent back to the address listed on your order. 

 

 

 SWIMWEAR

 

For hygiene reasons Kalina Wear currently does not offer returns or exchanges on swimwear. Please refer to our size chart before completing your purchase.

On the rare occasion that your item arrives damaged or defected, we will happily replace the order. Please send us an email at info@kalinawear.com within 24 hours of receipt.
