Processing time

All orders will be subject to a processing time of 1-2 working days before dispatch. We will make every effort to fulfil your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.

If you have made any mistakes when ordering, please contact us at info@kalinawear.com as soon as possible and we will try our best to rectify the matter. 

Please note that once your order has been dispatched you will be unable to make any amendments to your address or size.

UK & Northern Ireland

STANDARD DELIVERY £4.00
Orders will be shipped using Evri (Hermes UK) standard delivery. 
Your order should arrive within 2-5 days after dispatch.

 

EXPRESS DELIVERY £6.00
When using this service orders placed before 10pm will be dispatched the following day using Evri next day delivery service.
Your order should arrive 1-2 days after ordering.
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Signed & Tracked
Delivery times and costs vary by region.

US & CANADA
Approximately 5-7 working days.

CUSTOMS
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country. Whilst we will try our best to minimise the possibility of customs charges, this is not always possible.
If charges are applied Kalina Wear are not liable for any clearance fees, they are your responsibility as the customer.
